About this Initiative
Cornerstone Apostolic Church in Owensville, MO has partnered with Lunar Computer Repair Company to help refurbish and donate computers to individuals and families in need.
The goal is to provide functional desktop computers to:
Students who need computers for online learning.
Parents or individuals who need computers for filing taxes, searching for jobs, etc.
The computers were donated to the church by an anonymous donor. Lunar Computer Repair has refurbished the computers and is offering them to the public on behalf of the church.
Computer model and technical specifications vary. However, the following information is the same for all computers donated:
Running Ubuntu Desktop 24.04 LTS (Free Alternative to Windows)
Shipped with preinstalled applications including Firefox and Thunderbird for basic web browsing and email usage.

Lunar Computer Repair is accepting donations for this initiative.
We accept the following items:
SATA Drives (HDDs and SSDs)
Desktop Memory (DDR3 or newer)
Thermal Compound
The following rules apply to donations toward this project:
No Broken/Damaged Items: All items must power on and work as expected. Cosmetic damage (scratches, scuffs, etc.) may be acceptable.
No Dirt/Grime: Please do not donate any items that are dirty or sticky without cleaning them first. We want all of our donations to be clean for the next person to receive them.
